Novibra strives to pay salaries which are aligned internally and competitive externally. A performance-based component can be added to management positions. Novibra ensures that a salary review takes place every year. During this process, local requirements, benchmark and economic factors are taken into consideration to apply the needed compensation adjustments.


Novibra is supporting its employees with interesting benefits. Besides the 25 days holidays our employees can get the contribution to supplementary pension scheme, enjoy the subsidized meals in our canteen and various sports activities such as swimming and skating. Working allowances are a matter of course - team management, training newcomers, afternoon shifts, night and weekend work, for operating multiple machines, etc.
