Jan Hans has extensive experience in his previous positions in leading global teams of mid-sized production units with full P&L responsibility. He has led production sites of Czech subsidiaries of global Groups such as Sumitomo Electric, Prieva BV or Kompan steel as plant manager, manufacturing director and Managing Director. He has excellent track records in production and process optimization as well as successful ISO certification. Jan holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a Master’s degree in economics from the University of Brno and has successfully completed the MBA course in Business Administration from the EDU Business School in Prague.
